Sales Tax: Sales tax of 8.75%
will be collected for purchases and shipments
within New York State. We do not have to collect
sales tax for out of state purchases.
Payment Policies: Master Charge,
Visa, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Check
or Money Order. Credit card buyers must provide
a verified billing and shipping address. Paypal
buyers must be "verified" and "address
confirmed". Check or Money Order buyers must
allow 7-10 days for clearance by bank. Sales tax
of 8.75% will be collected for purchases and shipments
within New York State. If you have any questions
on the payment policy, please phone us for
clarification in advance of ordering.
Return Policy:
A one day inspection period is allowed except on
special order merchandise which is final sale. A return
authorization must be requested before merchandise
can be returned. The merchandise must be in brand
new condition with all directions, carton, packing
and warranty cards intact and in original new condtion.
Return shipping and insurance must be prepaid and
a 5% restocking fee will be charged for all standard
ground shipments within the continental US. A minimum
restocking fee of $10 will apply to all shipments,
in addition to all shipping charges. Customers are
responsible for all shipping charges for Refused Shipments.
All shipping charges including ground, 3 day select,
special air or international shipping charges
and insurance charges are non refundable and will
be charged in addition to the 5% restocking fee.
Shipping charges on all merchandise of excessive
weight or size will be charged in addition to
the restocking fee, this will include but not
be limited to keyboards, drum sets, guitars and
amps. Please allow a minimum of two weeks from the time
we receive your return for your refund or reshipment
to arrive. If paid by credit card, please allow up
to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on
your statement.
Returned products that were shipped with the
"Free Shipping" or "Free Shipping
over $199.00" promo will be charged a normal
shipping charge before a refund is issued. If
the return of products causes the remaining "total
of eligible items" to fall below the $199.00
qualified order amount required for free shipping,
all remaining items and returned items on the
order will be billed for the normal shipping charges.
All normal shipping charges on remaining items will be billed as order was originally processed: including ground, 3 day select,
special air or international shipping charges
and insurance charges are non refundable and will
be charged in addition to the 5% restocking fee.

Merchandise Warranty: All products
carry a full manufacturers warranty.

Qualified Items over $199.00:
Shipping charges are manually deducted
from your order total when processed.
Offer good for free ground shipping to the lower
48 US states. Excludes oversized items, overweight
items, international shipments and shipments to
PO Boxes or FPO/APO addresses.

on orders that exceed a minimum amount; these

Items must be marked to be eligible for free shipping.
Regular shipping charges apply for all other items.
Free shipping is valid with purchase only. Outbound
shipping will be deducted from the refund, if
the item or items that shipped free are returned.
Free Shipping offer is not valid on any purchase
made with a purchase order. Our everyday low shipping
charges will be applied to any non-eligible products
at the time of checkout. If you have any questions

Items Not Eligible for Free Shipping:
drum sets, amps that are larger or heavier, PA speakers
or products that are oversize or overweight by UPS
shipping standards.
