Free Shipping Terms for Qualified
Items over $199.00: 
Offer good for free ground shipping to the lower
48 US states. Excludes oversized items, overweight
items, items not to 48 connected US states and shipments to PO
Boxes or FPO/APO addresses.

Many other items also qualify for free shipping on
orders that exceed a minimum amount; these items are
marked with the following graphic:
Returned products that were shipped with the "Free
Shipping" or "Free Shipping over $199.00
" promo will be charged a normal shipping charge
and insurance charges before a refund is issued. Please
see "Free
Shipping Offer & Terms" for more information.

Orders Where Packaging Can Be Combined
will pay a reduced overall shipping cost.
For instance, if you order a guitar and the shipping
charge is $15.00, then a case ordered with that
guitar will be shipped at no extra charge. If you
order several items and they can packaged together,
then a reduced shipping total will only be charged
for the entire shipment. For instance, if you order
a guitar effetcs pedal and the shipping charge is
$8.00, than a second effects pedal, a power supply
or several sets of strings will only add $2.00-4.00
extra to your overall shipping charge. Orders of
"Eligible Items" totaling more than $199.00
will always qualify for Free Shipping. We will notify
you with the cost of combined shipments and be very
fair with the charges.
Payment Policies: Master Charge,
Visa, Discover, American Express, Paypal, Check
or Money Order. Credit card buyers must provide
a verified billing and shipping address. Paypal
buyers must be "verified" and "address
confirmed". Check or Money Order buyers must
allow 7-10 days for clearance by bank. Sales tax
of 8.75% will be collected for purchases and shipments
within New York State. If you have any questions

in advance of ordering.
